1. Service Cancellations

  • Customers may request to cancel a service within three (3) calendar days from the date of order, or before the service has officially begun—whichever occurs first.

  • Once our team has initiated work on your request or the service has commenced, cancellations are no longer eligible.

  • To cancel an active service, please contact us at team@qubocaresolutions.com and include:

    • Your full name

    • Order or invoice number

    • Reason for cancellation

  • Our support team will review your request and respond promptly with confirmation and eligibility details.

2. Product Order Cancellations

  • Product cancellations are accepted only before the order has shipped.

  • If the item has already been dispatched, the cancellation cannot be processed. However, you may still qualify for a return or exchange under our return policy.

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive a full refund, excluding any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

  • For services that are partially completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable service or administrative fees proportional to the work completed.

4. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

  • If a customer cancels after our technician or support team has already been dispatched, or if the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time of service (“no-show”), a service charge may apply.

  • This charge covers travel, scheduling, and administrative costs and ensures fairness to both our team and other clients.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • Qubo Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or service due to:

    • Technical or resource constraints

    • Security concerns

    • Unforeseen circumstances

  • If such a situation occurs, the customer will be notified immediately, and a 100% refund will be issued for any payments made.
